Previously, I had simple holes in the hood for exit air from the intercoolers, while we're at it, let's make some cool louvers instead Know what? I want to have a better muffler, but I want to be able to bypass it for max power. So, while we have the trunk cut open for rust repair, let's do this other stuff too Some rough mock-up to confirm it should (probably) work Build a frame that fits the muffler      Paint the frame, weld it to the trunk Mount the muffler                Run the bypass tubing to the muffler  Install the bypass valve.  Valve open and it becomes a straight, mufflerless exhaust. In 2019, I decided that it was finally time to paint the car. Initially that was all I wanted, a basic sand/straighten/shoot April 2019 Ok maybe remove those ugly license plate lights. June 2019 OK let's sand the rest of the car now. Holy crap that's a lot of bondo on that door August 2019 September 2019 With the panels looking good, I found some subtle fender flares that I really liked. I want to run wider tires, this was a good opportunity to accommodate them November 2019 Ooh but these are bolt-on flares. Hey Mark, make them weld-on, will you?
